Every visit is recorded by the security guard at the gate. The quickest way in is a pass code from the resident you are visiting; otherwise the resident is asked to approve you when you arrive.
How entry works
1. With a pass code from the resident
The resident you are visiting pre-approves you in the app and sends you a gate code. Show the code to the security guard, who checks it and lets you in. This is the quickest way.
2. Without a code
Tell the guard whom you are visiting. The guard records your visit and the resident is asked on their phone whether to let you in. If the resident cannot be reached through the app, the guard calls the flat.
3. Deliveries and service visits
Couriers, food deliveries and technicians are handled the same way: a pass code from the resident, or the resident approves at the gate. Regular domestic help and society staff are registered with the society and marked in at the gate.
Your details at the gate
The gate records your name, whom you visited and when you came and left, and may note your phone number, vehicle number and the purpose of the visit. The resident you visited sees their own visitors; the visitor log is kept for the society’s security and is never published.
