Terms of use

About the platform
This platform is the official digital system of the housing society (“the society”). It is operated by the society and built for it by SnxwFairies Innovations Pvt. Ltd.. By signing in you agree to these terms, to the privacy policy and to the refund and cancellation policy. The society’s registered bye-laws and the decisions of its general body and managing committee continue to apply; where they conflict with these terms, the bye-laws prevail.
Who may use it
Accounts are for members, residents, tenants, their family members, society staff and others the society invites. The society decides who gets an account and what each role can do, and may suspend an account that is misused or no longer entitled to access.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Information about a child is added only as the Privacy Policy describes.
Your account
- Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. Never share them, including with committee members or staff.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell the society office at once if you think someone else has used it.
- Keep your contact details current so that bills, receipts and emergency alerts reach you.
Bills and payments
- Maintenance charges and other dues are set by the society under its bye-laws. The platform calculates and shows them; it does not set them.
- A payment counts as received only once the payment gateway or the society treasurer has confirmed it. Returning from a payment page is not proof of payment. Once a payment is confirmed, a receipt is issued and your ledger is updated.
- If you think a bill or a ledger entry is wrong, raise it with the society office. Any correction is recorded as a reasoned, audited adjustment. Records are never silently edited.
Acceptable use
When you post notices, complaints, group messages, photos or documents, you agree not to:
- post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or hateful;
- share another person’s personal data or photos without their permission;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your role in the society;
- try to access data or functions your role does not allow, or probe, overload or disrupt the platform; or
- use the platform for unsolicited advertising or for any purpose unrelated to the society.
The society may hide or remove content that breaks these rules, and may restrict the account that posted it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow the society to store it and show it to the audience you chose, and to keep it in the society’s records where the law or the bye-laws require.
Availability
The society aims to keep the platform available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside the society’s control. Emergency features such as SOS supplement, and do not replace, calling emergency services on 112.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither the society nor SnxwFairies Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
The society may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Grievance Officer
Complaints about how personal data is handled, and complaints about content on the platform, may be addressed to the Grievance Officer, Tanishq Khandelwal (Director), SnxwFairies Innovations Private Limited, at [email protected]. As our own service commitment, and not as a period the Rules set, we acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days. On actual knowledge that content is unlawful — which arises only from an order of a court of competent jurisdiction or a written, reasoned intimation from an authorised government officer — we act on that content within 36 hours, as rule 3(1)(d) of the IT Rules 2021 requires, and our safe harbour under section 79(1) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 depends on our doing so. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days; for a personal-data grievance you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Contact
The society’s office address and contact details will appear here once the society completes its first-time setup.
