What is the Amrut Sai Plaza website?

How do I join as a resident?

Ask the managing committee for an invite link; joining takes about a minute. The committee invites owners and tenants. A resident who already has an account can invite members of their own household onto their own home.

How do I pay maintenance?

Pay at the society office as the committee instructs. The treasurer records the payment and your receipt appears in the app. Online payment by UPI or card will be offered here once the society switches it on.

Can other residents see my phone number or my dues?

No. Your phone number and email are hidden from other residents unless you choose to share them, and no resident can see another resident’s dues or payments. Your blood group is shared only if you explicitly consent.

How do I raise a complaint?

Sign in and open Complaints. Each complaint gets a ticket with a target time and a timeline of what was done. You confirm when it is really fixed, and the committee is alerted if it runs late.

How do my guests get in?

Pre-approve them in the app and send them the gate code, which the security guard checks at the gate. A guest who arrives without a code is recorded by the guard, and you are asked on your phone whether to let them in.

The managing committee meets and records its decisions, with action items, owners and due dates. Published minutes cannot be edited afterwards. Formal votes are kept apart from opinion polls, and members see a transparency summary of collections and major expenses.
